The content was broken into segments — Introduction, Theory, Demonstration, Roleplays, and Recaps. Scripts were kept conversational and example-rich, allowing even a first-time viewer to connect instantly.
● Trainer-Led Delivery
We used experienced trainers on-camera delivering real-time sessions with mock Q\&A. This made the video feel like a live classroom rather than a dry instructional clip.
● Roleplay Demonstrations
