🔵 CASE STUDY: THE MAKING OF KWALITEX CORPORATE AUDIOVISUAL
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔶 STRATEGIC OBJECTIVE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Kwalitex needed a single flagship audiovisual that would serve multiple roles—corporate pitch, trade fair loop, HR induction tool, and a global marketing film. Our strategic focus was to go beyond listing capabilities. We chose to build trust through storytelling, simplify technical breadth, and inspire confidence through visuals and tone.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔶 STORYTELLING APPROACH ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The AV opens not with products, but with an emotive landscape of a post-pandemic world. This helped frame PPE not as a commodity, but as a vital frontline tool. We transitioned from this macro-emotion to micro-specifics: the people, the process, the promise.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔶 SCRIPTING & VISUAL BREAKDOWN ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We scripted the film to balance impactful voiceover, supers, and supportive visuals. The script moved from abstract (vision, legacy) to tangible (factory, products, accreditations), ending with human stories and future plans. A list of taglines was also provided to allow flexibility during voice recording.
🔸 Techniques Used: • Layered narrative with ambient cues • Tagline bank to suit tone in post • Modular structure for versioning later
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔶 SHOOT & EXECUTION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The shoot was planned over 3 days across Thane’s manufacturing facility. Due to the hygiene-critical nature of PPE production, our team had to follow strict bio-control measures. We also coordinated aerial drone permissions in advance to capture scale shots.
🔸 Key Elements Shot: • Drone flyovers of 1800 sq. m plant • CEO and MD testimonies • Factory floor, product close-ups, testing labs • HR and training footage • CSR/environment & safety drills
🔹 Crew: DOP, drone operator, sound recordist, safety coordinator 🔹 Cameras Used: 4K cinema + drone (DJI Mavic) 🔹 Duration: 5–6 minutes (634-word voiceover)
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔶 GRAPHICS & POST-PRODUCTION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ We created clean infographic animations for product lists, client segments, and ISO compliance. A warm LUT (Look-Up Table) was applied to give the footage a clean but human tone. Text supers were paced to not overwhelm viewers and matched with voiceover emphasis.
🔸 Post Workflow: • Offline edit → VO sync → Music bed → Motion graphics → Final master • Music: Licensed uplifting orchestral-corporate hybrid • Languages: Designed for easy dubbing

Feedback has praised the authenticity of storytelling and the visual scale of operations. It now functions as a “virtual visit” for stakeholders across time zones.
